We are a sawn timber marketing agency from India. We currently focusing on Indian door industry and we are supplying them Pine and spruce to suit their application of shutter frame. We are planning to increase our market share to about 600X40feet container of timber per month.
We are looking for capable, reliable supply sources from Europe who should ensure uninterrupted supply of timber to our customers’ order through out the year.
We initially will offer you 100X40feet containers of order every month after few trial supplies to our customers. We could increase your volume even to 200X40feet containers per month based on your uninterrupted supply, consistent quality, special price and best services within a year.
If we reach a mutually agreeable price level, we will sign an agency agreement with your company so as to ensure transparent, friendly and unambiguous long-lasting business partnership between our companies. Thereafter we will work as your only Indian agent and forward our customers’ order along with L/C and necessary Indian PQ permits in order to ship the consignments. We will facilitate complete business process from India against mutually agreed agency commission.
We look for S4S finished, KD timber of Pine / Spruce with 10 to 12%MC with standard lengths of 7feet and 8feet. Kindly note that since our customers’ application don’t call for any clear high grade timber, We look for a 100% wane free timber grade almost equivalent to Canadian Grade#3 or better in appearance. Kindly find the attached picture to this e-mail to get the idea of the timber for which we are looking for.
My customers consume low grade timber in view of accommodating their costing to the compelling Indian market price they are getting for their final product (door).
So we are presently looking for a Target price of USD175/CBM, CIF. Major Indian Sea ports terms for 40feet container shipments.
